Excellent staff. They can help you with everything at the front desk. Rooms were clean. Location is nice, there are metro and bus stops nearby. Also, it can be walked to tourist areas.

Booked a single room for a work trip, worked fine, maybe a little small but enough. Bathroom was quite narrow and it was almost a little tight for one person. Hair dryer was available at reception to borrow for the duration of my stay. Breakfast was good. Close to the Fira (where I worked a fair) and also the metro stop. Quite a few good restaurants and coffee shops around.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. The rooms were a good size and the hotel was accessible for most destinations within the city and very close to the fantastic Teatro Kitchen & Bar.
