Budget friendly, clean and rooms are modern. Good location to walk into the city or catch a bus. Close to Apollo concert hall which was why we stayed. Helpful Staff. Borrowed clothes steamer with no issue.

The staff at reception were exceptional and friendly. Within 2 hours of arriving in Barcelona the people we travelled with had their bag stolen with passports and money in McDonalds. On returning to the hotel the staff was so sympathetic they offered every assistance possible and apologize for what happened in their City.

My room was clean, comfy, and spacious. I booked for a single room but they upgraded me to the triple room when I arrived there. It was a nice surprise. Staff were very helpful and polite. They even let me charge my powerbank because I forgot to bring a European plug adoptor. Lastly, they have a (free) room for luggage if you checked in too early or have a flight late in the day and don't want to carry bulky things while touring the city.
