The hotel is in the perfect location being only 20 minutes walking distance from Las Ramblas. Also close to some nice restaurants. The staff at the front desk were also super friendly and welcoming.

The staff were unfailingly helpful, friendly and polite. They speak excellent English. The hotel is well-presented, with modern, clean lines in the decor. The staff were willing to change my friend's room (separate booking) when she found that it was too small and lacked some of the facilities that were in my room (even though both were at the same price). The bedroom windows open so that you can have fresh air.

Location was fine, last minute booking as accommodation in Barcelona has been significantly reduced this is a great hotel though. Great staff, polite and friendly.

Great ambience and decor. The reception staff were exceptional in assisting me with booking a room for my sick son who was staying at another hotel. I brought him to the hotel very late and the staff advised on the best way to make a booking. They put him in a room close to mine.
