We arrived from the airport with luggage and the staff allowed us to store them until check-in. Bonus - there was an elevator! It is important to have a heavy load. Cleanliness at a high level, excellent location, close to Casa Mila and also to the church built by Gaudi.

The room was really clean. The bed is soft and comfortable (although, the pillows are too soft for my taste). There blackout curtains on the windows so the morning light won't bother you. We had a room with a nice balcony overlooking the atmospheric courtyard, we really liked it. There are a fridge and a microwave for clients in the lobby. The staff was nice. The location is really good, so many beautiful buildings nearby. It takes about half an hour to get to Sagrada Familia by foot through beautiful streets.

The position is great, very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely kind and there were able to help with all our requests. They even provide the possibility to leave your luggage in the room at checkout and you can go back to the hotel to collect them before 10pm.

We have got as we expected. Quite enough space for 2 people. Good communication with reception and easy check-in. As well we have got a free taxi from Airport.

Location on a picturesque main boulevard surrounded by shops and cafes. Even though on main road, the double glazed windows meant the room was very quiet.
