Excellent location! It has all you need in a hotel room, shampoo, slippers, coffee, water and juice in the fridge, hair dryer, steering iron, safety box, large tv etc. Sheets and towels the whitest and cleanest! Nice view of the city from the 12th floor. Friendly staff. Luggage storage before/after check in/out.

We asked to change rooms because we wanted a family room and they did as soon as they had one available the second day. Rooms and views were great. The team during breakfast was super nice and always paid specific attention to my kids providing everything they asked for and being super friendly. Many thanks to everyone at breaksfast!!

Fantastic location for the areas that we enjoyed. The staff were really friendly and helpful. On arrival we were greeted by Barbara and Alex, they are a great asset to the hotel. The room was modern and spacious and cleaned to a high standard daily. No queues for the lifts either!!!😊

Rooms 701 were 711 very good but 709 as a triple room is not only exaggerated but an abuse Really to categorize that as a room for three is not fair !
