The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The location was perfect. The staff were so welcoming every morning for breakfast. It was so nice to be greeted every morning by friendly staff. A great way to start your day

Excellent service. All the personnel was very kind. We had to leave urgently due to family emergency and the procedures for the early check out and change of reservation was done very swiftly with a deep understanding and empathy.

The location is great. It's very close to the Cathedral of Barcelona. Metro and Bus is just a few walks away. The room is clean n comfortable. Staffs are friendly.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay but having to get up each time to go to a machine for a cup of tea was a little frustrating. The hotel location, in the older part of town, was excellent with a metro across the road, plenty of eateries in the area and walking distance to many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel has an excellent location right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to visit all the main attractions. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect choice for a stay in the city!
