We are seniors, not too tech savvy . The staff were very patient in guiding us and being available on the phone till we understood the system and could operate it. And they offered to send a technician to fix the safe as perhaps the previous guest had left it locked, door open. And fix heating in one of the rooms. Their response was very speedy.

As per photos, great location, very spacious apartment, ideal for 4 adults staying 3 nights. The nuki app was easy to use (once we found the correct apartment on the right floor!) It's a little confusing that the apartments are all number 1 & 2

The location of the apartment was excellent, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, offering ample room for our group of four to move around comfortably. The overall design and decor of the place were pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere when we weren't dealing with the aforementioned problems. The generous living areas allowed us to spend quality time together when we weren't out exploring the area.

It was spacious.It had nice characteristics like the old window shutters. And two small balconies, one on each side of the room. Nice restaurants and cafe’s close to the appartment.
