Personnel of the hotel was very kind and always assisting. Due to an unexpected issue in our first room, they transferred us in a higher floor as per our wish without any debate. Location of the hotel was excellent. Close to 2 metro stations and close to bus stops of aerobus. Close to the busy streets but not in front of them so that to hear the noise of tourists. Breakfast was excellent with variety and taste. Room and bathroom was spacious.

Location was spot on. Near to a lot of local tourist area and metro. My room was upgraded to a bigger one without any additional charges, I was grateful for that. Staff was very helpful. Overall, good experience and will come back again.

The hotel was in a renewal process, and to access our room, we had to walk a bit more than expected. But the hotel recognized that straight way and offered breakfast. Also, in one of the days of our stay was my partner's birthday, so they offered a bottle of champagne and brownies with sweets. I'm really looking forward to staying in this hotel next time I visit Barcelona!

This hotel was perfect for a short stay in Barcelona, the location was fantastic you could walk to lots of different attractions and it was really easy to get on the metro or bus too. The staff were super friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

Our experience at Grupotel Gravina was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The hotel’s location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Barcelona, just a short walk from Plaza de Catalunya and Las Ramblas, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. What truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service. Upon arrival, we were thrilled to find that we had been upgraded to a room with a balcony at no extra cost! The balcony was a lovely surprise, offering a peaceful spot to unwind with a view after a busy day of sightseeing. The room itself was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests we had. The breakfast was another highlight – delicious and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. We appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere throughout the hotel. I highly recommend Grupotel Gravina to anyone visiting Barcelona. The combination of prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
