Very nice hotel. Rooms are modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the food in the restaurant and breakfast were very good.

We chose this hotel knowing that it was far from the main attraction points, we did not encounter any security issues while walking either early or late times of the day. The attention of the staff was average, the rooms were comfortable.

The Golden Hotel Barcelona is a spacious, modern, and clean hotel, worth its four ****. It is on a quiet side street near the renovated metro station Glòries. It is easily accessible from the Catalunya square with metro line L1. There are also new stops for trams and buses on the square. Abundant breakfast. The area is under development, but it has a good atmosphere. We had a spacious room with good beds, a good wardrobe, televison and a nice bathroom with a good shower. One cleans the room every morning, and there is free WIFI. Friendly staff handles the reception during the day and at night. Recommended for those who do not want to be in the crowded city centre but want to be there quickly, by public transport or on foot.

Location is good, walking distance to main attractions (Sagrada, Placa de Catalunya, Arc de Triumf). Bus station and metro close to the hotel. Hotel is pretty good, looks good, a bit expensive for what it offers (even if you book in advance), but that's just Barcelona. Restaurant food is good and decent priced. Taxis right in front of the hotel most of the times.

The hotel is pretty new, clean, smells fresh in the lobby. It is walking distance to Sagrada Familia and Arc de Triomf. Also, Nova Icaria beach is quite close. The Hop on Hop off Glories station is 5-7 min away. The hotel has a luggage room which is very convenient. We appreciated a lot the hotel is very quiet and it has plenty of restaurants around. Is situated in a safe office building area with modern buildings. Very nice idea with the welcome drink!

Absolutely new hotel, everything fantasticly clean. Furniture, design, details - very nice! Service also in high level! Delicious breakfast with huge variety of food. I enjoy our stay so much! Highly recommend!
