GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.AMENITIES: Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided. Guests must bring their own.ACCESSIBILITY: The property is fully adapted for disabled people and wheelchair users. To book disabled bed, please contact Generator Barcelona in advance, since they are subject to availability on prior request.PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.PET POLICY: We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a fee per dog per Stay. Room with enough space, separated toilet and shower, clean and comfortable. All you need is available inside the hostel, chill out zone, bar, dining area, wash machines.

I had an amazing stay at Generator Hostel in Barcelona! The location was perfect, and the atmosphere was so welcoming. A special shoutout to Mohamed at reception – he was incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made me feel right at home. His positive attitude and cool demeanor really set the tone for a great experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly, and vibrant place to stay!

I booked one room with twin beds for my friend and me, and another for my parents. Since I wasn’t able to check in online, the two girls at reception were very kind and handled it for us. We received a free upgrade from a twin room to a room with a large bed and a terrace (they asked us first if we wanted it). We stayed for 3 and 4 nights. The beds were very comfortable, and we really liked the terrace because it allowed us to eat together. If you're staying longer and need your room cleaned, you just need to inform reception. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Sagrada Familia, and we explored the city mostly on foot. There are lockers available if you arrive early and need to store your luggage before check-in. In our case, we had a morning flight and used a large locker for 5-6 hours, which cost around 5 euros. It was spacious enough for 4-5 backpacks, which was very convenient. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but they seemed to offer a good selection. The coffee costs 2 euros and is quite good. The hotel is very colorful, with ping-pong tables and evening events, including parties. Considering the price and location, I highly recommend it. The neighborhood is safe, and you’ll find ALDI, LIDL, and some local markets just 2 minutes away. There is a bus station right on the street, and the metro station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. I also highly recommend trying the coffee at BYKATE, a café near the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay! <3 Just a small note: we had to pay an extra tourist fee of €5.50 per day per person.

We went with children, and everything went well. The space was adequate. Despite the noise on the ground floor, we didn’t experience any noise on our floor (2nd). It was perfectly good for resting. The facilities need to be updated. The location is very good, and the staff is very friendly.

The room had a bathroom and toilet inside which both was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly especially Giuliana. She explained everything about the Hostel. The location was good. It is 15mins walking distance to Sagrada familia and 7mins to train station Diagonal from the hostel. Also there are lots of restaurant and pub around it

I love staying at Generator hostel when I come to Barcelona because location perfect, the rooms are very comfortable and the friendly and helpful staff as Giovanni and Agustin that are superstars 🙌🙌🙌
