Great access to transport. Easy access to city. Very comfortable. Great little supermarket 1 minute walk away.

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. The host sent us a link to access the car park which was very helpful. She was very patient given we were 2.5 hours late due to issues with rental car and car seats for the kids. We arrived at 1.30am and the host waited for us outside to give us the keys and show us the car park access and how the AC system worked. I mentioned that we were travelling with kids in previous correspondence and she generously provided a travel cot for my baby without being asked. Little things like non-slip bath mat and stuffed toys made it feel more of a home. For those travelling with young kids I especially liked the blinds in the apartment.. no need to bring black out groblind. It has everything you need from towels to hairdryer, washing machine tablets, and kitchen utensils. It was close to everything.. the beach, the shopping centre (mall), and tram/bus.
