Very good contact with the staff. Because of some technical problems detected in the apartment by the staff before our arrival, we couldn’t be located in the one that we had booked (in Fisa Rentals Les Corts Apartments), so we were accomodated in a fantastic apartment (in Fisa Rentals Gran Via Apartments) which was in an excellent location, in the beautiful Eixample district, near Plaça de Catalunya, la Rambla, etc.

The unit is in an apartment house in the city centre, on a lively street, strategically close to public transport and restaurants, pubs, and grocery shops. Access by number code, no problems whatsoever. Bedroom with backyard window, completely silent at night. Spotlessly clean upon arrival.

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. We had to check in online because our flight was late that evening and it was very handy. The location was great too. Public transport was very near, so easy to visit most of attractions. Highly recommended.

We liked the fact that there were two bathrooms with each their own shower and toilet. We were provided with some toiletries and we had all we needed.

The location of the apartment was great, we could easily get to the center as well as to other places we wanted to visit. It was very clean and well equipped. There was plenty of towels available for our stay and the kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Communication with the host was good.
