If a flexible booking is made, a 10% deposit will be required within 48 hours of booking. The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not made within the indicated period. This 10% deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the check-in date.Late check-in after 21:00 is subject to a surcharge of EUR 30.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The great thing about this apartment is the location. Very close to the metro, indoor market, shooping. Everything was clean and ready for us. Now the not so good things. The apartment needs a renovation. Bathroom door wasn't working it was almost impossible to close it. The whole apartment looks a bit worn out.

Clean apartment in great location close to La Rambla and plenty of shops and restaurants around. Well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Good and comfy beds. Good communication with the host. I would recommend it if you don't mind issues mentioned below.
