Your stay in this hotel will exceed your expectations. The staff is "old school" - very friendly, helpful and smiling throughout your stay. Fantastic hotel location, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast (including "bubbles"). My parents (82 and 75 years old), with whom I celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary here, left with tears in their eyes. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for their service!

The service & staff were beyond my expectation, they provided a cupcake and Brut champagne to celebrate my birthday. It's supersizing me! The location was very convenience, 5 mins walking distance to Casa Batllo and Luxury brand shopping street. A lot of restaurants near the hotel eg La Flauta or El Nacional Room was big and clean. The breakfast had a lot of selection and the hot dishes & cake could be changed everyday.

The location is the best at the heart of the city centre. Connectivity very good. Staffs are very prompt. Resolving all the queries immediately. Very helpful and friendly management for tourist. The hotel was very good. The location is in the center of Barcelona hence you have access to all places nearby. The food was very good. The staff were very helpful. The terrace has a fantastic view of the city. Overall it was a great place to stay at a place with a history.
