This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.
Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal welcome at the apartment. • Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.
Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. • Lost Keys: €40 per set of missing keys. • Lockout Fee: €40 if you forget the key inside the apartment outside office hours (10 AM - 8 PM). Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Other Highlights: • Basic products like salt, oil, sugar, or detergent are not provided. • Bed linen and towels are supplied for all guests. • Extra pillows, blankets, or exchanges of towels and bed linen are not provided. • Daily cleaning is not provided. • Two toilet paper rolls and shower soap are provided as a courtesy; these products are not replaced.

Big appartement in a great location near the Ramblas. Comfortable beds. Nice showers. Kitchen well equipped. Fast WiFi. The owner reacts quickly to messages.

Great location, close to a metro station, not far away from all the main neighborhood's. We stayed in the apartment on the 2nd floor, had everything we needed, kitchen area (didn't do any cooking) have access to a washer and dryer which is very practical for people who stay long term (we stayed for 3 days). Loved the fact that all the doors are keyless so everything is via a code which is changed for every guest (can confirm this since we arrived 5 mins earlier and our code didn't work) Everything was nice and clean, also provided us with a 1.5L cold bottle of water.

The apartment is just a couple of minutes from La Rambla and from the waterfront. It was clean, the bedrooms were a very decent size, the kitchen/dining area was spacious although to be honest we were really only there to sleep. Communication was great, access codes were provided in good time, and there was a lift (we'd stayed in several apartments on our trip and this was the only one to have a lift). Can't leave your bags there once you've left but there is cheap bag storage at the supermarket just a minute or two up the road.

It was a very pleasant stay. My family have stayed for 5 nights and everything were just so perfect. The location is quite & near to everything. The apartment were well equipped. Thank you so much for the great accomodation.
