This deposit will be refunded in full via credit card within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection. • Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival date, including the tourist tax and security deposit.
Upon Arrival: • There will be no personal welcome at the apartment. • Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.
Additional Rules: • Groups: Parties, including bachelor or bachelorette parties, are not allowed. • Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the number originally booked. • Respecting Neighbors: Please avoid excessive noise at all times to respect neighboring residents. • Responsibility for the Apartment: You are responsible for returning the apartment and all its furnishings and equipment in good condition upon departure. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in immediate eviction without any refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

The location, it was authentic and quite. Close to all amenities, the beach, and the bus stop into the city. And a beautiful 20 min walk along the sea front to the harbour. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars near by too. The accommodation was perfect for my needs, even had a balcony with a side sea veiw. I loved the fact that I could make myself some food and tea when I wanted.

We had a problem with one of the keypad entries batteries failing but the emergency call system worked perfectly and the door was unlocked remotely to allow us in. The lock was then fixed super quickly overnight before we even woke up! Fantastic service. Also the roof terrace available to all apartments was very nice spot to meet as a group of friends. The location of the apartments is fantastic.
