Literally everything not a single thing was bad, the staff were exceptional, the services were amazing and the facilities were world-class, will definitely be coming back well worth the price.

The hotel was fabulous. A great location and the antiques in the rooms and open areas were wonderful. The terrace bar was lovely for drinks after a busy day sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was a complementary mini bar in our room and the staff from the reception to bars and restaurant could not have been more helpful.

Everything.. the location is great - just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar area was fantastic with delicious cocktails. The pool was better than I expected and the pool staff were super friendly and helpful. Looks just like the photos. The rooms had a full sized hair dryer and straighteners which is just brilliant! The room was very nice - there was a coffee machine and a fridge with cold drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful and has so many gorgeous statues and interesting artefacts. The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond and very attentive. We had a room for 3 people and the room had an amazing split level bedroom upstairs.

Once the problem with our reservation was worked out the room was very nice. There were three of us traveling together. Plenty of room and privacy.
