Staff was friendly, breakfast was pretty good, beds were ok and pillows good. The location is excellent in a lively part of town for exploring Barcelona on foot and by public transport. The french balcony offered a nice rooftop view. Bars below in the street were lively but there was no issue with noise as the windows were pretty soundproof.

I liked the location. The roof top sauna and Carlos who was friendly and very helpful. I found the others a little frosty but they were helpful and no one was unkind.

Close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance to many places of interest. Reception staff and housekeeping staff are all very good and friendly, with many recommendations to give. The room is very clean and we loved the headboard as we could charge our devices and leave some of our things there.

Easy check in. Located not far from La Rambla. Lift to our 3rd floor room. Room spotlessly clean. Buffet breakfast had excellent choices. Staff most courteous. Taxi arrived at front door when transfer to airport was needed.
