Location was great, staff lovely and friendly, was clean and given a street map. Nice e trance, warm and welcoming with water and sweets provided whilst waiting to check in.

Great location, hotel has beautiful architecture. Extremely comfortable bed (essential for me). Quiet room (suite 400) - helpful staff (Chodi was so helpful and friendly in particular)

Perfect location . Good breakfast a bit pricey. Staff made us a picnic breakfast as we had an early tour. We very much appreciated that. Staff very helpful. Beautiful hotel. Lots of shops etc.
