The credit card used to make the reservation must be in the name of the person who will be staying at the establishment. In case of reservations made by a third party, an authorization form must be completed and a copy of the credit card and the identity card of the cardholder must be presented.The hotel check all credit cards in order to know if they are valids or not. The system charges 30€ and refund immediatley.Only 1 dog or cat weighing a maximum of 20 kg per room is allowed on request. This service is subject to a supplement of EUR 22 per night per pet. In addition, a deposit of EUR 200 is required.Reservations of more than 4 rooms or more than 8 nights are subject to special conditions and supplements.Access to the spa is limited, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No access to the spa for children under 16 years of age. Price: 12€ . Advance reservations are required. Hotel was good clean everything was fresh and organised liked it coz it’s closed for Westfield could get everything from there everything is nearby me and my husband had a good stay only problem got two single beds put them together but after all it was good

The staff especially Nerea and Guillem. They were very friendly, helpful and made my stay very pleasant. The location is great and is leaning directly against a Westfield shopping centre so it is a 2 minute walk into the mall. The drinks were great at the bar (which you are offered for free the first time) the spa (Sauna and steam room) was very private and very good. They have a great swimming pool area too with hot and cold drinks available too. Both Nerea, Guillem and the young intern where very kind and had positive countenance everytime I went to the desk and gave really good advice on where I could go to enjoy the city too.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it had a fridge and smart tv, and a couch and a working desk. It was a quiet place so you could sleep anytime of the day. The staff was helpful and friendly and spoke english. For 3+ days you get a free session in the spa water area. The breakfast was amazing with tasty and fresh food, and delicious espresso. In the neighborhood was a shopping center so you could find anything you needed. Also many nice places to eat close that didn't cost much compared to the city center. The train station was close like 5-10 min walk, and a 20 min ride to the city center. You can have a walk/run by the river Besos since its 10 mins from the hotel.

Service of Reception, organisation. There were ammendments on the room water, Shampoo, Gel de Doushe fresch towels.

It’s near a shopping mall and quite clean. The stuff was super friendly. The breakfast was excellent, lots of food
