The room was very comfortable, bed very large and sanitary well equipped. The atmosphere is very cosy and enjoyable, the staff is very nice and considerate (I was accompanied to the parking, that was very much appreciated!)

Fantastic location, right in the centre of the Gothic area. Easy to walk to main tourist sites. Room was clean, bed super comfortable and the shower was superb.

The staff were outstanding - especially Tino, Pablo and the rest of the reception and restaurant staff. The location is in such a beautiful area, close to shops and gorgeous restaurants.
