Access to the spa is available upon request and for an additional fee. The spa is open from 09:00 to 21:00. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Otherwise, the corresponding authorization must be presented.Only 1 dog or cat under 20 kg per room is allowed (on request). A supplement of EUR 22 per animal per night plus a deposit of EUR 200 applies.Reservations of more than 4 rooms or more than 8 nights are subject to special conditions and supplements.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. the staff were lovely. very welcoming. the room was a great size and the decor was comfortable. . the location was great the train lines were within walking distance. we had access to spa which was daily which was a lovely feature

The staff is fantastic and the hotel is totally renovated. All facilities are very nice, in particular the Spa and the roof terrace. The breakfast is very good!

Very beautiful hotel, that exceeded our expectations. The personel is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the room is great, confortable and has the most beautiful bathroom i have ever seen. Clean and cosy. They prepeared a nice birthday attention for my husband and my son, in the room and at the restaurant, where we served dinner. It has a good location, near metro station , has direct access from the airport, with train, it has a lot of cafes and pastreries and shops nearby. It's relativelly close to a market, with lots of places to eat and to Sagrada Familia. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel is very close to station, busy high street with a lot of options to eat. Great location and excellent customer service. Hotel is very clean, restuarant and the rooftop! Security was also super friendly.

A nice hotel next to Clot metro station with stunning view of the city from the rooftop terrace. Also it is in walking distance from Sagrada Familia cathedral. Very friendly staff.

Everything was clean and nice, good beds, had TV, enough room for two adults and two kids. Pool on top of the roof. We were around Halloween so there were decorations too. Good food in restaurant. Nice bath in bathroom.
