The fine print
Please note that this guest house does not have a 24-hour reception.Late check in between 22:00h and 00:00 can be arranged upon availability and with an extra cost of 40 EUR. This must be paid 4 days prior to arrival in order to guarantee the service.
Check-in after midnight is not possible.Pets are welcome with previously advice. The pets have an extra fee of 12€/night/pet. Not allowed to leave pets alone in the room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Lovely welcome and friendly staff. The 1st room I stayed in was very noisy, so I didn’t get much sleep! Fortunately they moved me to a quieter room the following day.

Thanks CasaNova, you are very professional. Highly recommended!! The only advice for 1st floor rooms:: to add microwave, maybe bigger fridge and plastic folks or spoons. Thank you all , guys. You are cool, really. I love Barcelona!!!

The location is amazing within walking distance from big turist attractions and very well connected to the beach via public transport. The shared bathroom was as well very clean.

Very clean and friendly staff. Good communication. Fresh towels and turn downs daily which was lovely. Very powerful fan. Tea coffee and hairdryers etc were free use.

The lady that greeted us was very friendly and knowledgeable of the areas to visit in Barcelona. We were situated in a great area, easy access into the centre. Our rooms were freshened daily, towels etc if needed
