Great location, when it comes to transport links. Very clean facilities and amazing, super helpful staff. We've been there for 3 nights and honestly cannot complain about our general experience. There are some factors to consider that we mentioned above, however these are out of control of the staff or management in our opinion. I'd definitely book again. Apart from minor external disadvantages, it's 10/10

They gave us two rooms with a toilettes for disabled people so I felt like we are in a hospital while our trip was for vacation …I asked to change the room but they said no other rooms it was depressive and uncomfortable in this way ….they should have called us and told us the situation before coming . So it does not correspond to the rooms in picture. And in addition the toilette is not well isolated from the room and the bathroom door does not close

It's proximity to the port and gothic quarter. Bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly.

absolutly loved it. it was my fist alone trip amd i really felt safe. i slept soo good in the bed. only thing is if you travel with a lot of bagage there is not a lot room for cloth.

The studio was really clean. Everything went smooth with our staying. The hotel was close to the metro station so we were commuting to the city center.

Close to the centre, helpful staff, only the airconditioning was not easy to handle...too hot instead of cold ;)
