The staff was very helpful, especially Alex in the evening and the lady on the morning shift (I believe her name was Karta or Karla). The dining area was spacious, providing ample room for kids to play. The hotel is within walking distance of the Metro station and is well-connected.

The location is amazing, you can walk to most of the touristic places. The staff is very nice, always smiling and helpful.

I like the location because it is accessible to the train and it is in the heart of the city. I like also the staff who catered me, who told me that the Filipinos are great. :) The hall is spacious and I like it.

I feel like some comments make this place sound a lot worse than it actually is. Good position close to the center, the place looks really cool, I like that some rooms have upstair floor as well. A lot of people complain about the shower door being transparent and made of glass, while yes it is glass but with a matte finishing that makes it basically impossible to see anyone who’s inside, you can barely see a shape of skin color and that is all no one will see you naked. However it does not have a lock and that perhaps should be added. Yes the lockers underneath the beds are quite loud but only if you pull them fast, if you’re gentle it takes a couple extra seconds alright but they won’t be that noisy. And for the overall issue of bathrooms being inside of the rooms right in front of some of the beds, personally I prefer that as that means u don’t need to walk around the hostel to find the bathroom it’s right here in my room. Also I do not understand the complaints about windows that cannot be opened as the window in my room could be opened no problem. I had no issues with any of the other people in my room so no comments on that.

Hostel located not far from metro station and Sagrada Familia cathedral. Nice sport design of the hostel. Reasonable price. The staff is friendly.

Location is amazing. Everything is nearby like groceries, shops, all must see places. The room was clean, bed was clean. No smell in the room. My room had two floors. Staff is friendly

Room was perfect private room for 4 people as requested. Had it's own bathroom. Made our own beds up as sheets provided on check in. Clean.
