Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at 120 Carrer Bailén and open from 12.00 until 23:00, 7 days a week.
A damages deposit must be paid on arrival and by credit card: Three-Bedroom Apartment with swimming pool - Ramón Turró, 52: EUR 400 Luxury Three-Bedroom Apartment - Salvador Espriu, 43: EUR 400
Please note that late check-in after 22:30 carries the following extra charges: - From 22:30 to 01:00 EUR 30; - From 01:00 to 02.00 EUR 50. Check-in after 02:00 is not possible.

Check-in process will be set up online. We would like to inform you that this apartment works with a system that opens the door through a mobile link. You don't need keys to enter the apartment on your check-in day.
To check-in at your apartment Barcelonaforrent Urban Town Suites, you should pay the city tax and refundable damage deposit in advance with your credit / debit card through our virtual online TPV which we will send you few days before your arrival. Once the City Tax and refundable damage deposit are paid we will also need photos of ID’S or Passports of all guests. Then we will provide you a link to open the door in order to access the apartment.

Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Please note that if loud music is played or a party is held and neighbors complain, it may result in immediate eviction from the apartment without a refund.

The loss of the pool bracelet incurs a penalty of 200 EUR per bracelet. The pool is available year-round, but during certain periods of grass and pool maintenance, it may not be usable. We are not responsible for its unavailability during these times.
Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you need to use the intercom, please make sure to press the correct button to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Please turn off lights and appliances (air conditioning, heating) when leaving the apartment. We appreciate and take care of our resources. Trash must be taken out. Please dispose of it in the garbage bins located outside the building. We would like to inform you that this apartment operates with a system that opens the door via a mobile app. You do not need keys to enter the apartment on the check-in day. To check in to your apartment, one or two days before your arrival date, we will send you a link to access the apartment. We will also need copies of the IDs or passports of all guests before providing you with the access link.
We are not responsible for any noise outside the apartment.
We are not responsible for the belongings of the guests in the apartments.
We would like to inform you that once you have made your reservation, you will need to pay the Tourist Tax, which is an additional charge.
