Exellent location near Gothic Quater, very quiet place, room equipped with kettle and a small fridge, excellent breakfast, very good room cleaning, good guys on reception

The location is good. Barcelona Cathedral & Gothic Quarter are just around the corner. Ciutadella park is around 700-800 meters. This hotel looks modern. The staff are friendly.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the location of the hotel. It was in walking distance of the centre and marina - we didn’t require any taxis the whole time apart from to and fro the airport. The room was clean and comfortable - only downside was that our view was of a wall. But we weren’t overly bothered as we didn’t spend much time in the room, as we were out exploring. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. Great scrambled eggs. Staff were always helpful and greeted us every time we came back and they were extremely helpful at booking our taxi back to the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Breakfast was good. Too warm in the dining area. Far too many colones and perfumes in the room. Maybe implement fragrance free.

The cleaner forgot to clean our room. When reminded the staff said the cleaners had finished for the day. The vending machines did not work for 3 days of my stay.

First and foremost is the staff. they were very polite, accommodating, helpful, and unbelievably fast. To put it into perspective, I made request calls from the 4th floor, and around 60 seconds later I found my request by the door. No other hotels do this. The room was quiet, had an A/C, and was vintage but comfy and extremely clean with no sign of wear and tear. The location is at the center of everything. plus you have many grocery stores outside the hotel just in case you need something.
