“I don’t recommend this apartment, cost-quality not fair, very bad management for picking up the keys”

Very inconvenient, they made me go 5 miles away from the property to another building in the city just to pick up the keys instead of letting the keys in a lockbox in the apartment for example and made me pay 20€ because I left the keys in the apartment building instead of going again to the 5 mile distance building to return the keys… the transportation by cab costed me 10€.. at the end it was 30€ extra for theyre lack of convenient management of delivering the keys to their customers.

Good place near the centre of the city. Nice neighbourhood. Perfect cleanliness. Useful and well-equipped kitchen and comfortable spacious bathroom. Living room is fine and sufficient.

The instructions for self accessing the apartment door appeared to be straightforward. Having entered the main access door, we went to the boxes to get the room key card. Instructions said box no.2 - and after checking all the boxes it was no.22.

Thank you to your team. We were received in a nice and respectful way. We received the key to the apartment three hours early, and this was appreciated and respected. Therefore, we confirm and repeat the respect. Thank you to all the staff in your team. As for the apartment, its location is very good, close to the city center, and there are everything around it, the bus, metro, restaurants, and supermarkets. We will certainly repeat our visit, and we will certainly be your guests, thank you
