Plus points: Well positioned for attractions and points of interests, bus stop to the beach right outside and metro station a short walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. Huge triple room with plenty of space. Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, an abundance of options. Other facilities such as a gym and spa were available but we didn't use them. Dislikes: Not a huge issue but the hotel feels a little dated. Swimming pool not open. Pillows were uncomfortable leading to poor sleep. Air conditioning in the room was loud at night.

The facilities were good. It was a bit far from the square, so I had to walk, and the bed was comfortable and nice. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong, which was nice. There was only one chair in the room, which made me uncomfortable for 2 people, and the reception staff was not friendly. She spoke like she was reading a english script without making eye contact. It's not soundproof, so I can hear everything in the hallway.

The location was ok, very close to the touristic attractions; the room was large and comfortable. The breakfast could have been more varied.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room spacious and private. Improvement needed - to supply more coffee, and other choices of drinks. (For couple’s stay- supplied one sachet of decaffeinated and another one with caffeine. This was daily supplies. Even sugar- had to go down to get it from restaurant on the ground floor.

Great location 15 min walk into main area. Shops and lovely hidden food places in this area. After walking around the city all day the hotel had a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna to wind down after a long day.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes walk from Urgell metro. Breakfast was very good and the room very comfortable.

Hetel was nice and comfy, staff very friendly and very good food, however swimming pool was not working but instead access to spa been offered.
