The location is really great, on top of the hill overseeing the land and the other hills around it. San Gimignano is 20min ride from it. Our host was also nice, there to answer all the questions and help us around. The kitchen is well-equipped. They produce their own olive oil and wine which you can buy on-site and the prices are reasonable, olive oil is great.

At the end of a steep road on top of a hill. Scenery splendid. Very beautiful, traditional vineyard building. Well-equipped kitchen and nicely decorated rooms. Excellent base for visiting all the must-go places. The Italians normally start the heating first in November. We stayed at the end of October and in the night it was freezing cold. However, the friendly owner put the heating on for us a bit earlier. It made our stay very pleasant. It is also good to know that there is no washing machine in the apartment, although it was mentioned in the confirmation. Luckily, there were two wash machines in common use.
