Doing the Via Degli Dei so it's a little off the route but owners will collect and drop off at the Futa Pass for €5 per person each way which is helpful to know. Property lovely with great views. Room comfortable with everything you need. Evening meal was cooked to order and delicious.

Probably the best breakfast we had in on week on the Via Degli Dei. Comfortable nice B&B with a good dinner restaurant also. The prices aren't low but appropriate.
