Excellent location, very close to the sea with a direct descent to the sea, a large and excellent pool, the house is very well equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. The owner is available and helpful, wonderful garden, great balcony. In short - perfect!

We’ve just arrived home from an amazing week at Villa Artemis. We were so sad to leave; everything was so wonderful. Anna and Sotos have thought of everything and are amazing hospitable hosts. The Villa is well-located for the beach, supermarkets and local restaurants (can highly recommend Lord Byron down the road). The Villa is comfortable, homely & spacious. The pool area is fabulous, we all spent many, many hours enjoying the facilities. The resident tortoises are so cute! They are very friendly and love their morning feeds of lettuce.

Thank you Anna for all the information you provided to make our stay go so well. What a fantastic villa with so much space for a family of four. Sotos was such an amazing host making sure we had everything we needed. The area by the pool was great to relax on a hot day. The views were brilliant watching the sun rise, boats in the day and the amazing sky at night. Location was just perfect with a short walk to the beach where the sea is crystal clear. We hired paddle boards and also a boat for the day too. We tried all restaurants recommended (including the beach bars) which were lovely -all with great views. Thank you for such a perfect holiday

Location, layout, views, spacious, sotos the owners father, is very helpful and very friendly. The tortoise’s were a great addition.

It was perfect in every way! Spacious, clean with everything we needed - plus we made some new tortoise friends! Would highly recommend! Sotos was a wonderful host, checking in without being overbearing - thank you so much :)

The villa is fully equipped, rooms spacious, gorgeous views from terraces, great swimming area, owners very helpful, recommended restaurants, took us to market. It's easy to get everywhere by bus. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely everything. The hospitality Sotos showed us was fantastic. Fruit, water, coffee etc supplied for our arrival which was much appreciated due to late arrival. The outside chilling/eating areas are perfect, the view not bad either ! Views of the whole bay and towards Corfu town and over to Albania are breathtaking. Kitchen area very well equipped and each of the bedrooms are a really good size.

We were greeted by Sotos who was very friendly and made our stay that extra bit special. He showed us around the property even though we got there pretty late. There were some lovely bits of local food for us on arrival. The property has an incredible view and in the distance you can see the Albanian and mainland Greek mountains. The property was well stocked with literally anything you need. From coffee machine to washing machine and tumble dryer. The outdoor BBQ area is amazing with full stock on charcoal and fire lighters to cook with. We had 2 families staying together, so in total there were 3 kids and 4 adults and there was tons of room. The bedroom downstairs was laid out with 3 beds for the girls which was lovely. (Our girls loved feeding the Tortoises every day). Sotos came about 4 days in with the cleaner and changed all the bedding, cleaned the pool and a gardener came to tidy the garden. He’s wife also baked us a big cake which was amazing. The pool had toys and floats for the kids and there was a music system so you could play music in the pool. We hired a car which I’m glad we did as it would be quite difficult to travel the island without one, getting to the airport is about 25 minutes by car and would be hard to get to by bus. Definitely try to visit Corfu town, Paleokastritsas & Kassiopi. We found Lidl to be the cheapest supermarket which is about 20 minutes away by car.

Everything! The owner was at the property for our arrival. The villa was spotless. The property has everything you could want or need for a relaxing holiday. The fridge included a range of drinks and fruit - bottled water, soft drinks, beer, wine etc which was a lovely touch. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over two floors, the villa could easily accommodate 2 small families or 2 couples. The villa is located in Barbati which has a beautiful beach and good restaurants. It’s a 20min drive into Corfu town and 10min to Ipsos for restaurants and bars.
