Great service. I had to cancel the second night due to the time on the road in a snowstorm and the owners agreed. They are very hospitable, polite and honest. Cozy place, comfortable, quiet room. Beautiful hotel well located near the sea and restaurants. Delicious breakfast.

Lovely place to stay in Bar Harbor. The staff was lovely and the room was perfect, big and clean. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was a 10.

The staff were lovely. The room was cosy and very spacious. Plus the holding itself was beautiful. It was perfect for a Halloween trip.

Room was clean and silent, located on ground floor. Parking space for the car was available. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was excellent with changing freshly baked goods offered daily as well as eggs, meats, wonderful fresh fruit, etc. The breakfast staff and front desk staff were so attentive and always had a smile for the guests. While we didn't have our room serviced, the housekeeping staff smiled and greated guests as we passed by. This hotel was truly one of the best staffed properties I have ever enjoyed. (We stay in hotels at least one weekend a month year around.)

Room was large for 2 persons, I shared with my son Breakfast was good and staff throughout were very helpful Washing machines / driers were useful and there was a decent, small gym Short walk to town, with plenty of cafes and bars to choose from

Roxanne, the lovely lady at reception upgraded us to a junior suite, which was absolutely lovely and spacious as we had two teenagers.The beds were very comfortable.

The room was well equipped, easily accessible and super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The extra amenities (workout room, laundry) were clean and well equipped the parking lot was spacious.
