The location is great! I walk from the Shenzhen airport to the hotel, it's so convenient. After leaving my luggage in the hotel room, I came down to the airport for some dinner where there were a few local foods that I could experience it.

Breakfast was perfect. You take what you like as much you like. We had a late night departure from airport, we could have a free shower at Hotel's SPA.

The hotel is connected by a corridor to the airport terminal. We actually continued with the trolley of luggage from the terminal to the hotel room. Beautiful room, clean and tidy

Beautiful facilities, clean, great staff especially Kent & Marilyn. Met with a negative situation initially but Kent & Marilyn were quick to respond, sincere, eager to rectify and upgraded a room for us. We left feeling very positively towards the staff and the hotel.
