The location was excellent. Very central and convenient. We walked everywhere. The staff were great and most helpful. Breakfast was very good. There was a free shuttle to the gondola and the sauna was also free. Very good value for money. Would stay again

The staff at Velinov were excellent. Very nice people who have started their hotel and had the grand opening while we were staying there. The hotel is located in an excellent location just a few minutes walk away from the heart of Bansko with all of its wonderful Bulgarian restaurants.

+ Very low price + clean and functional + new and comfortable beds + good choice at the breakfast buffet (considering the low price); the coffee was ok (but there was no black tea) + location close to the center of the old town + private parking 50m away from the entrance of the hotel + the little fridge in the room worked well (it was not stuffed, but there are plenty of shops around to buy water or anything which is typically found in a minibar)
