The location is excellent for those who want to be close to city center and restaurants.

The hotel is nice but the employees ruin things. In the restaurant there were 2 ladies, very upset and non communicative. The food was average, it was served by the ladies and they didn't know english at all. The rooms were warm, hot water all the time. The pool had 29 degrees and it was indeed big. Underground safe parking with free places all the time. Shuttle to the ski zone. Very nice cookies, changed from one day to another.

the pool was great! I also liked the location, it was a nice walk to the main attractions and the shuttle to the gondola was nice!
