Me and my wife had a great weekend there. Very kind and positive crew. Also we received a compliment from the hotel, instead of a double room we had an apartment. Food was tasty. And the scenery from our terrace was just amazing. I strongly recommend it 🔥

SPA zone was good. The massage was great - kudos to the staff - great experience and also excellent value for money. Pool and jacuzzi were clean. Location is okay, there are enough free parking spots. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was okay. The lobby bar has many entertaining options and prices are okay. The kids center was good and toys are of good quality.

Location was good, the view is great. We have booked a romantic jacuzzi for 2 people, that saved the whole experience and it was definitely worth it.

This is my 4th time visiting in the past 10 years. The SPA was great (although no staff available), swimming pool was well heated and comfortable. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen with a coffee maker and a kettle, washing machine too, beautiful view towards the golf club, room was clean (apart from the top of the wardrobe and some spider webs on the terrace), location is good.

The front desk staff is friendly and pleasant. The same does not apply to everyone from the restaurant. Nice spacious pool. Pleasant jacuzzi. There is a mountain trail nearby the hotel that allows for a pleasant hike and a good view of the Razlog plain from an observation deck.
