The staff were amazing, the apartment was wonderfull, everyday towel change, coffee and tea, breakfast and dinner top notch.

The hotel is 1 km from Bansko Gondola. It is very good they provide a minibus for the transfer. We enjoyed good food, nice saunas and jacuzzi. The pool is not big, so for rainy days is quite full. The room was nice, with separate living room and small kitchen area just for coffee, tea and some cocktails. The single minus was relative distance from centre, especially taking into account that the neighbourhood was under construction. But if you come by own car, it is manageble.

- most comfortable beds ever! (in the Studio - Ground Floor) - spacious - great food variety at breakfast - delicious food in the restaurant - nice spa - quite big free parking just in front of the hotel - warm room - small supermarket in the hotel

Great breakfast Great location Small bar area Quite noisy on the evening with other visitors. Not much respect for people trying to sleep at 6am Spa was always busy with kids.

Very large room,renovated bathroom,nice breakfast,great swimming pool.it had large parking space close to the gondola and the ski bus was very convenient.Great money value.

The hotel's SPA is fully equipped. What I liked the most was the hot tub and the different saunas.
