Our room was spacious, clean, warm at our arrival. The staff was professional and helpful with everything we needed. The food was tasty, with several options to choose from. We appreciated the most the pool, sauna and the games room for our kid.

Everything was ok. The staff very friendly, te apartment was big, a little too hot inside for us, but you can stop the radiators. The pool was excellent, the kids spent a lot of time inside. The water was warm and good. The water in the jacuzzi was even more warmer than the pool. And also the water was very very clean every day. The food was good, but i have a suggestion, there must be at every meal chicken for the plenty of kids ( shanghai, schnitzel), pasta with red sauce because i am sure every kid eats it and also french fries should never miss. The gondola is not far from the hotel, this being a good think for those who love skiing. A big plus was the kids play zone and we loved the coffee. We will come back for sure

An unforgettable experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything from the warm welcome at reception to the attention to the smallest details was impeccable. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, offering perfect comfort. The staff is particularly kind and always ready to help, anticipating even our smallest wishes. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, all delicious and impeccably presented. The breakfast is rich and satisfies every culinary preference, and the service is fast and professional. The facilities, such as the pool, spa and fitness room, are well maintained and offer an atmosphere of total relaxation. Plus, the location is perfect - close to all the major attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy privacy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superior service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Royal Bansko. The staff are really nice, the food is varied and tasty, the room is warm and huge and the facilities are perfect after a day of skiing.

We spent 2 days in this hotel in late November. Our rooms were spacious and warm. Spa facilities were nice and food was tasty and plenty. 5* for its wonderful and super attentive personnel! We wish we could have spent a few more days because our kids and the rest of us really had fun with all the facilities this hotel provides.

Everything was great. Food was exelant, all facilities we need were provided, the water in the pool was as describe,great indoor and out jacuzzi, nice kids area, so we recomand it. Employees were very kind and helpful and provide all info that we were interested. We will come back again
