The hotel is excellent. Breakfast is very rich and varied. The dinner dishes are very tasty. The rooms are very clean. Transportation to the gondola is well organized, buses depart every 15 minutes. The SPA is good, but the air temperature around the pool could be higher.

Our visit was more than wonderful! We were extremely pleased with everything – from the warm welcome to the smallest details. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and offer an incredible view of the mountains. We were especially impressed by the attention to cleanliness. The spa center was a true paradise – a variety of saunas, steam baths, and both indoor and outdoor heated pools. The staff was friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. The breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations – a rich menu and fresh, delicious food. The location is also fantastic – a quiet and peaceful area, yet conveniently close to the center of Bansko and the ski lifts.

Everything was excellent: The staff was very polite and helpful. The cleanliness was impeccable. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and warm. The breakfast was very rich and of high quality! The pool had a very nice temperature. The parking was convenient.

The hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. they allowed us to check-in at 11am.

The hotel is very nice, the spa center is spacious and clean, the breakfast is tasty, and some of the staff are very helpful. We had a problem with the room, but the reception lady was very nice and solved it properly.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly and attentive staff who made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was exceptional — every meal was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. But my personal favorite feature was the outdoor heated pool. It was the perfect place to relax, especially in the evening when the temperatures were cooler.

Very close to the mountainside. Spa was good and because of it being weak season it was not super full, so we could enjoy it fully. Close to the Bansko center as well for some walks/restaurants. Has it's own parking for free

All great. Very good location,, spa facilities and rich breakfast. Very good rental equipment for ski and snowboard. Mr. Vic helped us with everything. He even found us a very good instructor which helped us to ski.
