I liked the swimming pool with glass roof with beautiful view of sky. Sauna and jacuzzi were in good shape. The shuttle from hotel to the gondola and the other around was very comfy with friendly drivers. Our room was spacious with good sun light. We booked a double bedroom but checked in twin bedroom. We had half board meal in our booking and the restaurant was ok. Ski equipment booking in the hotel was fair and friendly. The staffs of reception were a little bit grumpy and not helpful in different occasions when we had an interaction with them.

The location was perfect just a 6 minute walk to the gondola. The room was imaculate, fresh towels daily and super spacious. The staff were all lovely and friendly and all the pool facilities were superb. Everyone was accommodating and the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious all the food tasted fresh couldn’t fault it at all!

Very large apartment, very clean, near the gondola. Staff very friendly, earlier check-in and later check-out was possible. Spa and pool was very good.

The location was great. It is a very short walk to the main gondola - about 7 minutes and to lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms were very nice. Our room was also bigger than expected and very nice with 2 balconies.

Great location Very big and comfort apartment with kitchen and 2 balconies. Very clean. You have a music in the bathroom! Lady on reception was great! Two girls in the restaurant was excellent! Solid breakfast, but the dinner can be little richer ! The staff was very kind, nice, helpful, polite Pool with good size, and jacuzzi tub. You can rent ski equipment in the hotel. Bus shuttle was available every 5 minutes the best person/ staff was driver 🙂🙏🏻 Playroom for kids! Game room with play machines for kids!
