The staff were so helpful particularly Virginia the manager helped us from the minute we arrived late to the minute we left. Her English is brilliant so helps a lot with communications.

BREAKFAST was very good but a bit limited. The swimming pool, the sauna, the dining area were great the staff was very friendly and accomodating

Very spacious and comfortable apartment, equipped with everything you need. The hotel has great view and is close to ski area and offers free shuttle services. The staff is very friendly. Hotel has also big pool and spa area. Definitely recommend. Thanks for the great experience.

We had stay twice here , 1 and 1 night with family and friends. Nice location, good facilities, good breakfast. I had read a lot of negative reviews before, but I think they correct it, they works on it and now it is a very good choice. Of course not perfect (there would be 100 things to repair in bathroom, apartman, around the hotel, etc), but finally you get a quite good service, conditions for right, correct money.

The atmosphere was nice. Spa and lobby bar were very clean and maintained. Food was always fresh, not in enormous amounts, just enough and delicious. The human factor made the biggest impression. People were really nice, kind, helpful which made us feel special. The massage therapist was on spot. One of the best we've experienced.

there's is nice facility for kid's play- a play room, a big trampoline and nice pool. the stuff is very nice
