Very nice hotel, with comfy rooms and beds, very close to the Gondola. There is always a shuttle bus to take you to the gondola and you can ski out from the ski- road and walk 100 m. to the hotel. There is a ski room to leave your equipment. Very helpful and polite personell. We enjoyed our stay.

Friendly doorman who is attentive and wants to help. He speaks lots of languages and makes you feel comfortable. Friendly reception and helpful spa staff. Location to Gondolas, only 3 - 5 min walk, ski hire place opposite is very nice.

I liked the room decor. It was cosy. Balcony with the mountain view. Breakfast was lovely too. Many options to choose from. They had savoury and sweet food. I loved the pool and sauna. And location is perfect. 5 mins from mountain and from cry cosy restaurant “the house”. Etc You can keep the ski equipment there. The staff was friendly and polite.

The massage. The lady there - Mrs Ani, I think- did the best massage ever. The location is very good, the bed is super comfortable , the room was warm and cosy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable – just cross the street, and you're on the ski slope. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Excellent value for money, especially for Bulgaria.

Small cosy hotel, the SPA had enough space for the guests. Room temperature is excellent. The room was big for two people. Modern interior. Not too expensive for a 5* hotel. Great breakfast. Very nice compared to the other OLD 5* hotels in the area.

modern hotel not so far from the Gondola. We could have walked but took the car to the gondola parking. The hotel is really clean and nice. The pricing is excellent as it has dinner included for very small price. The food is really ok. There is a ski room where you can leave your stuff (no heated ski shoe warmer as we are used to in central Europe though)
