Please note that the restaurant is open only during the winter season.The property offers festive Christmas dinner on 25 December 2018 and New Year gala dinner with festive program on 31 December 2018 in the restaurant of a sister property, located 50 metres away. They both need to be booked directly at the reception.

Very comfortable and very spacious. The view was directly towards the mountains and it was the perfect way to welcome the mornings and days. The pool was small but open until very late and the water was really warm.

No breakfast was included. Swimming pool warm and open long hours but in need of TLC( broken tiles, hand rails). Sauna was good but could be small if a lot of people. Jacuzzi was not open but used as a store room. Bar was friendly and ski hire on site. Good for skiers as close to piste , just across the road.

Generally everything was good and enough for a short ski trip. Flat was really hot rather than outside temp was -0, every second instant hot water was beautiful. 2 nd day we told to reception to change the towels and collect the garbage, immediately changed and collected.

Initially, we booked 3 days in this hotel but we ended staying 1 week and we will definitely come again. The hotel is vey well located and a good value for the money. A studio/apartment, where you can at least cook a quick meal, is a must in Bansko in the summer.

The hotel is located right next to the Pirin National Park tourist information center and at the beginning of the hiking routs to the nearby Banderitsa and Vihren huts. If you prefer, you can also take the gondola lift (exaggeratedly expensive) or a local mini-bus (affordable price, stops next to Motikata Restaurant, 50m from the hotel) and hike even further in the mountain. We stayed in a studio which was well equipped and had all the necessary facilities for a relaxing stay. The bed was extra comfortable and the view of the mountain peaks from the bed was unforgettable. In the hot summer evenings, we stayed on the terrace watching the mountain and planning our hikes for the following days.

The pool and sauna were included in the price and could be used almost all day. the view from our balcony was superb (make sure to get a room with a mountain view). the balcony was spacious and sunny, very comfortable to relax. the kitchen was well equipped for making full meals. the location is right at the edge of town - a walking distance from hiking trails and river.
