Hotel Overview

Hotel Iceberg Bansko is only 8 minutes walk from the main gondola lift, at the foot of Pirin Mountain. Free daily transfers to Bansko’s cable car and free WiFi are offered.
The Iceberg’s relax area comprises many facilities such as an indoor pool, a hot tub, a hammam and a massage area. A sauna is available free of charge. A fitness centre are at guests’ disposal as well. In addition, there is a steam bath on site that is free of charge.
Iceberg Bansko Hotel offers rooms with balconies, flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. Guests who do not want to consume breakfast in the dining area can use the hotel’s room service.

The room was big warm and the toilet was very clean and spacious as well! The spa facilities were warm and comfy! I would definitely recommend the hotel restaurant as the food was very tasty and in a very reasonable price!

Rich and very good breakfast, parking just in front of the hotel. We had a double room, the 2 single person beds for the children were not very comfortable. 10 minutes walk to Bansko city center.

Checking in was perfect no need to pay for parking a car. A lot of space for it. There is a shuttle bus to the gondola lift. The rooms were nice and clean. Warm and cosy. The shower and bathroom were clean. Nice staff. The spa area was perfect. The swimming pool was warm and had nice music. I used a massage which was perfect. The salt room was paid but excellent, my first time ever. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. I was using a hotel restaurant and the food was amazing and delicious. Perfect and big thanks to the kitchen staff.

For a three star hotel it was super! The facilities were great , fridge Kettle in room bathroom immaculate food for breakfast excellent choice something for everyone. Dinner was lovely and room service snacks were a good standard. Honestly great value for money

Although older, the hotel was easy to find and close to the city center. The shuttle bus to the gondola was good. The rooms were super clean and pretty warm. Breakfast was pretty solid and the spa was okay. Overall, considering the price, the hotel was excellent.

Clean inside rooms and on reception. Good food for breakfast, polite driver for transfer to ski area. Good fcacilities for spa - jacuzzi and sauna after ski activity.
