Аll bookings including a stay on 25th of December have included Christmas dinner with folklore program. All reservations including stay on 31st of December included Gala dinner with program and DJ. For the children, animation has been arranged in a hall near the restaurant with lots of entertainment, dancing and games. The hotel is fantastic, room is exactly as in the pictures. Lovely lobby area, you can dine there as well as in the restaurant. Staff is super friendly. We had a great time. Can't wait to be back.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. We arrived on December 25th and were pleasantly surprised to learn that a festive dinner with traditional music was included in the price. This added to the joyful holiday atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very warm. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally polite. We also dined at the restaurant, and the food was both tasty and fairly priced. The lounge area had plenty of tables where we could play cards and board games. The only downside was a particular staff member at the lounge bar who, for no clear reason, occasionally required a table reservation. However, we don’t want this to reflect negatively on the rest of the staff, who were working hard during the holiday season, away from their families. The spa, massage areas, and sauna were spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. If we visit Bansko again, this hotel will definitely be high on our list of preferences, provided there is availability.

Staff were very accomidating and kind, and any request was sorted without worries, reccomending local places with nice food. The lounge area was very cosy, and the fact the reception was 24/7 was very handy.

The hotel could be perfect. Nice location but they have abandoned it.Workers there try hard but the hotel needs renovation.It doesn't reflect the money you spend for.Also the indoor pool is cold and that's a shame for a winter resort.You spend so much money and they don't bother to have a warmer pool just to save some money.The best part of the hotel are the cleaners that clean every day the rooms and bring fresh towels and shampoos . Breakfast was decent .
