The only live place in bansko in this time of the year. The room was great. The pool was nice ascape in rainy days and our kid absolutly loved the play ground. Room was spacious and well mainteined

Perfect place specially for families with children, rooms are very big and housekeeping ladies are doing a really good job, its very warm and cozy, the food is very good and various, have a big play room for children with lots of toys,the pool is big and heated,the spa zone is very good as well, the personal people are really nice. Have animation for children and cinema, we will be back for sure amazing place

Apartments are big and clean. Also the pool & spa are clean and nice and generously free. The breakfast buffet is very very rich, with a wide variety . There is plenty of parking (hotel parking)

The place is excelent for family trip with kids. There many acitivites for kids. The staff were very nice. The saunas and swiming pool were very good, clean. The apratment had everything you need. Room was clean all the time. The breakfast and diner were very good and with all kinds of food.
