Room was like a little apartment. Very spacious. Great choice of channels on the tellie. Great breakfast buffet. Great outdoor seating area. Expensive decor throughout the property. Lovely Christmas decorations.

The room was quite big, also the bathroom and it had depositing spaces in the room as well as a room for the winter equipment. It has a closed parking lot and a very nice restaurant with very good food. The spa area is also very nice, small but it is and it's quite close to the gondola and other restaurants and stores. The beds and the pillows are very confortable.

- Great location, really close to the sky lift, local shops and restaurants. - Wonderful, lovely staff, especially the administrator - Tasty home-like food - Good private parking - Really warm rooms with warm, almost hot, floors where you can even dry your ski clothes - Admin lady and some other staff knows few languages pretty well

Small and cozy hotel in the most vibrant part of Bansko. Great breakfast buffet with a multitude of options and SPA area with everything you need for a short stay. Lovely staff and a beautiful bar area.

Love the property location, the room was very cozy with all necesites. The host was so welcoming and made me feel at home right away even went to the extend to steep some tea which I brought with for my cough. The breakfast was delicious with local products.

The staff were really polite and helpful. The room size was decent. I liked the pool view and the floor terraces where one could drink his coffee. Breakfast was good.
