The location was terrific.....,room was decent for the price, the spa facilities were...ok, swimming pool not too bad, certain food during breakfast was pretty good!, The chambermaids were especially helpful and went out of Thier way to help

Very polite staff, great energy, got upgraded to a different room on request, the receptionist was very helpful, provided all the necessary information about the hotel and the city. Food was good, location close to the Gondola. Had a great weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much - great value for money. A comfortable place to come back to after a day on the slopes. the staff are extremely helpful and efficient. We had an early morning flight, they ordered a taxi and packed up breakfast to go which was so extra of them and appreciated. Lovely fire burning in the evening, very calm environment. Room was clean and comfortable.
