We paid for the apartment on a half-board basis, the food was varied and delicious and the apartment in hotel was spacious and clean. The hotel has a spa center that is perfect after skiing. The gondola that transports to the ski center is located near the hotel, but the hotel also has a provided transportation to the gondola. We came to Bansko by car and in front of the hotel is big hotel parking. Higly recommend for families!

The hotel has a good location, and the staff was friendly. I also appreciated the shuttle bus service to the Gondola lift. There is a large free parking.
